Manager Zeman Zdenek put his team through the paces with some extra training sessions and a friendly match against USL Pro club Orlando City SC (USL Pro is the third tier of American soccer).

The squad also enjoyed some time to relax and even took in an NBA game between the Orlando Magic and the Miami Heat.
